Refund Policy

We do not have warehousing facilities in the United Kingdom, and therefore all our products are shipped directly from the supplier. If you wish to return a product, you must also do so directly to the supplier in Asia. Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale items.

If you want to return a product, follow these three simple steps


1. Request the return:

 Send an email to contact@hikease.com with your name and request for a return. After accepting the return request, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the order.

2. Return the order:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

All products are shipped to the customer free of charge, which is why we cannot cover additional return shipping costs.

Incorrect Return Address
Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed or refunded. Always use the return address provided by our team.

Proof of Return Required

To process your return, please send all of the following:

  • A valid tracking number 
  • Proof of shipment, such as a courier receipt or photo of the waybill
  • The shipment date and return address used

If we cannot verify the tracking number, we will not be able to issue a refund.

3. Receive the purchase amount: 

After the supplier receives the package, expect the purchase amount to be refunded to your bank account within five business days.
