Average Delivery Times
We aim for the best price-quality ratio of our products. Therefore, we choose to ship the products directly from the supplier.

This allows us to save significantly on transportation, storage, packaging, and shipping costs and offer the products at better price for our customers.

Each order is processed within 2 - 3 business days, and the average delivery time is 7-13 business days. Processed orders can not be canceled.

Delays caused by shipping company are beyond our control , but we still urge them to deliver all orders in time. 
Please note: Shipping times do not include potential delays due to customs and duties. Additionally, there may be longer delivery times during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day.

Please note the following:

  • Orders placed from Friday afternoon through Monday morning will be processed starting Monday.
  • We are working diligently to minimize delays and ensure all orders are delivered as quickly as possible.
  • Customers will receive tracking information to monitor the status of their shipments.

Not at home during delivery: what now?

Is delivery of your parcel not possible? Then it will be kept for you at the courier service's distribution centre for 7 days. You will be notified of this by the driver, including information about the pick-up location. If this is not the case, contact the transport company in the first instance. We are also at your service at contact@hikease.com.

Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to speed up the processing and shipping process, so there is always a small chance of correcting an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately if you suspect that the shipping address is incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Package

We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels. If the Track & Trace indicates that your parcel has been delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please report this within 14 days of the indicated delivery date. The courier service will then start an investigation. We will keep you informed until the end of this investigation.


Always Free Shipping

We cover the shipping costs entirely. Every order is delivered to your home 100% FREE of charge. There is no minimum order quantity required.
